Bone Cooker Drier
The bone cooker is designed for extracting fat and gelatin from bones. It is a vertical unit with a steam jacket for heating and consists of two chambers. The upper chamber holds the crushed bones, while the lower chamber collects the mixture of fat and gelatin. The cooker features an easy-open door on top for bone feeding and a ball valve for removing the liquid mixture from the bottom. A rotating arm is installed to tumble the bones during the process, and direct steam injection accelerates the extraction process
