The overhead conveyor system has an approximate length of 40 meters and includes the following components:

• Plastic trolleys with S.Steel balls
• Electric drive unit with driven bends and variable track speed, controlled by a programmable PLC.
• Switch box for overload protection.
• 1 track tensioning device with a 180º bend.
• 40 meters of hardened and galvanized steel chain.
• 115 trolley assemblies with stainless steel ball bearing mounted rollers.
• 60 stainless steel shackles with three-dimensional freedom.
• Complete set of stainless steel suspension material for mounting the overhead conveyor from the steel structure.
