Our crate washing and disinfection system is specifically designed for efficient cleaning of crates after being unloaded. The system offers flexibility with different models, enabling a washing and disinfection rate ranging from 300 to 1200 crates per hour.
The crate washing and disinfection process involves three key stages:
- Recirculated hot water is utilized in the initial stage to effectively remove contaminants and residues from the crates.
- Subsequently, a thorough rinsing process takes place using cold water, ensuring complete cleansing of the crates.
- In the final stage, a fine spray of chlorinated water is applied to disinfect the crates, eliminating any remaining pathogens or harmful microorganisms.
To ensure durability and hygiene, all crucial components of the system, such as frames, covers, rails, nozzles, filtering screens, and drive chains, are crafted from high-quality stainless steel. This choice of materials guarantees resistance to corrosion and ensures a prolonged and reliable operational life. With our crate washing and disinfection system, your facility can uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe environment for handling and transporting goods. The system’s versatility and robust construction make it an ideal choice for various crate volumes and operational requirements.
The system is equipped with a pump featuring installed power options of 11 kW or 15 kW, providing ample capacity for efficient crate washing and disinfection.
Additionally, the crate transfer is facilitated by a mechanism powered by a motor with two alternatives, offering a choice of 0.55 kW or 0.75 kW depending on operational needs.
In terms of water consumption, the system optimizes usage, requiring only 3 to 5 liters of water per crate during the washing and disinfection process. This ensures a sustainable approach to resource utilization while maintaining thorough cleaning and disinfection standards for each crate.
